Data Deletion
Last updated June 24, 2026
You can ask Schedlytics to delete all data we hold about you at any time. This includes your
account details, the access tokens for any platforms you connected (Instagram, Facebook,
TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitch, Patreon), and the posts and schedules you created.
Option 1: Request deletion here
Enter the email address linked to your Schedlytics account and submit the form. We will
remove your stored data and the access tokens we hold for your connected platforms, then
send a confirmation.
Option 2: Email us
You can also email
privacy@schedlytics.com
from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm once your
data is removed.
Option 3: Revoke access at the platform
You can remove Schedlytics access directly from each platform. This immediately stops our
access to that account:
- Instagram and Facebook: Settings, then Security, then Apps and Websites.
- YouTube and Google: myaccount.google.com, then Security, then Third party access.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security, then Manage app permissions.
- Pinterest: Settings, then Apps, then Connected apps.
- Twitch: Settings, then Connections, then remove the app under Other Connections.
- Patreon: Settings, then Apps, then remove the connected app.
What gets deleted: your account record, all stored OAuth access and refresh tokens, your
cached profile and stats, and the posts, captions, schedules, and links you created.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This removes data on our side only. It does not
delete or change anything on the platforms themselves. Your content, comments, followers, and
accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitch, and Patreon remain in
place; to remove those, use the platform directly (see Option 3 above).
