These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Schedlytics, the content scheduling, link tracking, and analytics service at schedlytics.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to connect any accounts you add.
Sign in is provided through Google Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@schedlytics.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize Schedlytics to access and act on the data and permissions you grant through that platform's official OAuth flow. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for any platform's content, availability, or for changes a platform makes to its APIs, rate limits, features, or policies. We may add, change, or remove platform integrations at any time.
We do not own the data we read from connected platforms. That data belongs to you and to the respective platforms. We access it only through each platform's official, approved API and only with the authorization you grant, and we act only as a limited processor of it on your behalf.
You keep ownership of the content you create, upload, and schedule. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to operate the features you use and at your direction. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish through the Service.
The Service can create short, trackable links for your content. You are responsible for the destinations you link to and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules. We may disable links that are reported or detected as malicious, deceptive, or abusive.
We work to keep the Service running smoothly but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where paid plans are offered, the applicable price and limits will be shown at the point of purchase.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that analytics, counts, or estimates are error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedlytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold Schedlytics harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights or platform terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You can request deletion of your data on the Data Deletion page.
Deleting your Schedlytics account or data removes information on our side only. It does not delete or change anything on the connected platforms. Your posts, videos, comments, followers, and accounts on those platforms remain in place. To remove content from a platform, you must do that on the platform directly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Schedlytics is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post the updated Terms here and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
